Style: Chobi rugs are a classic within Traditional Rugs. They have a reputation for being durable, reliable and of excellent quality. 'Chobi' itself translates to 'colour like wood' in Farsi. So this name is appropriate as the most common colours used in Chobi rugs are pigments found in different types of wood. 

The hand-spun wool is a staple in high quality, fine Chobi Rugs as it adds beautiful characteristics that machine-spun thread isn't able to produce. The yarn becomes much more durable, velvet-like and almost silky to touch. It adds a glow to the rug, and the finish is much more luxurious.
