How long does it take to process a refund?
A refund can take up to 7 business days to process after the return has been approved
Who organises the pickup of goods?
The pickup of goods is organised by the retailer and coordinated with you. The customer is responsible for paying for the return unless the goods were damaged on arrival
I can't contact the vendor. What should I do?
