• HomeMakerCentral is a multi-vendor eCommerce platform which functions as a Digital Shopping Centre.
• Retailers have their own individual digital stores on the platform and facilitate their own deliveries directly with the customer.
• Delivery processes, charges and timeframes often differ from one retailer to another.
• Some homeware products are delicate and require special care, while bulky-goods / heavy items such as furniture and beds often require 2 or more people to facilitate delivery.
• Often, factors such as type of goods, delivery location, site access, parking etc. need to be taken into account to confirm delivery arrangements.
• Upon order confirmation and where needed, Retailers will usually contact customers directly to confirm customer requirements and ensure that the best possible delivery service is provided.

Shipping & Delivery

Lavita Furniture uses a network of trusted delivery partners to distribute our goods Australia wide. Our goods are heavy and bulky and require expert removalists to ensure that products arrive to you in showroom condition. We offer two types of delivery service which can be arranged at time of purchase and is dependant on your location, furniture type, quantity and level of access to your property.

• Retail Vendors have their own individual digital stores on the platform.
• While the HomeMakerCentral platform facilitates, the actual shopping transactions take place directly between Customers and each Retailer – the same as they would in an actual Shopping Centre. Please refer to HMC Platform Terms and Conditions for full details.
• Should Customers require to exchange, return their purchase and/or request a refund, please contact the relevant Retail Vendor directly. Refer to Contact Details tab below.

Lavita Outdoor Returns & Refunds

Lavita Furniture’s Standard Warranty is subject to the Product being cared for in accordance with the relevant care instructions and is offered in addition to the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted due to change of mind or if the product does not meet your expectations. Lavita Furniture holds no obligation to provide a refund, exchange or credit if any damage by a third party has incurred, once you have received your product.
