General Note from HomeMakerCentral

• HomeMakerCentral is a multi-vendor eCommerce platform which functions as a Digital Shopping Centre.
• Retailers have their own individual digital stores on the platform and facilitate their own deliveries directly with the customer.
• Delivery processes, charges and timeframes often differ from one retailer to another.
• Some homeware products are delicate and require special care, while bulky goods / heavy items such as furniture and beds often require 2 or more people to facilitate delivery.
• Often, factors such as type of goods, delivery location, site access, parking etc. need to be taken into account to confirm delivery arrangements.
• Upon order confirmation and where needed, Retailers will usually contact customers directly to confirm customer requirements and ensure that the best possible delivery service is provided.

Planet Linen will endeavour to process your order and dispatch within 12 - 24 hours of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We deliver Australia-wide using Auspost & Fastway, which requires a signature on delivery unless otherwise stated at the checkout process. If you are not home when delivery takes place your item will waiting at your local post office for collection.

If you live within the Sydney area you are welcome to come and collect your order from our warehouse in Kirrawee NSW. Please make sure you state at checkout that you will be picking up your order, and please bring your tax invoice as proof of purchase.

Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm

Couriers: Our courier company has implemented safety measures to ensure the safety of drivers. These changes include “contactless” deliveries between driver and receiver, with no signature required. In appropriate cases, orders will be left in a safe place by the driver.

Warehouse staff: We have implemented guidelines to ensure that our warehouse staff can respond to situations that may occur, including regularly sanitising their hands, self-isolating if they feel unwell or have flu-like symptoms.

• While the HomeMakerCentral platform facilitates, the actual shopping transactions take place directly between Customers and each Retailer – the same as they would in an actual Shopping Centre. Please refer to HMC Platform Terms and Conditions for full details.
• Should Customers require to exchange, return their purchase and/or request a refund, please get in touch with the relevant Retail Vendor directly. Refer to Contact Details tab below.

1) We want you to feel confident when buying on Planetlinen.com.au. Should you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. For an exchange, return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will accept returns for bed linen items only up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We will ONLY provide a refund, exchange or credit if your item(s) are unopened, unused, in the original packaging with the labelling intact. Due to health regulations, opened packages will not be accepted for return.

Planet Linen reserves the right to reject the returns of goods that are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy. At Planet Linen, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we're here to help you get your order correct.

We ‘Planet Linen’ reserve the right to refuse returns & not honour refunds on items that have been used, opened or altered in any way. In the occurrence of products returned within these conditions, we will void your refund/store credit. Returning the product back to the customer will incur a return shipping cost to be paid by the customer. This policy is set in place due to health & hygiene reasons - once products are not resalable they have to be destroyed which is a loss to our company, unhygienic & bad for the environment.

If you decide to return your item, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price, less the initial and return delivery fees. If your item was purchased with a free shipping promotion, please note that the actual initial delivery cost (which would have been applied had the item not been on promotion*) will be deducted from your refund and the return delivery cost. Please also note that a re-stocking fee may apply.

To organise a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at admin@planetlinen.com.au, including images of your product in the original packaging, and we will be in touch with further details.

2. It’s important for your item to be unopened, unused, in the original packaging with the labelling intact to be eligible for return under the guarantee. Due to health regulations, opened packages will not be accepted for return.

Please note: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund Pillows, Quilts, Toppers, Mattress and Pillow Protectors and underblankets. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchasing.
