• HomeMakerCentral is a multi-vendor eCommerce platform which functions as a Digital Shopping Centre.
• Retailers have their own individual digital stores on the platform and facilitate their own deliveries directly with the customer.
• Delivery processes, charges and timeframes often differ from one retailer to another.
• Some homeware products are delicate and require special care, while bulky-goods / heavy items such as furniture and beds often require 2 or more people to facilitate delivery.
• Often, factors such as type of goods, delivery location, site access, parking etc. need to be taken into account to confirm delivery arrangements.
• Upon order confirmation and where needed, Retailers will usually contact customers directly to confirm customer requirements and ensure that the best possible delivery service is provided.

All orders valued under $200 will incur a $12.95 postage and packaging fee. For orders over $200, Villeroy & Boch provides FREE DELIVERY for all products featured on this website. All delivery charges refer to one order and one delivery destination in Australia; multiple orders may not be combined. All orders are shipped from our partner's warehouse location in Prestons, NSW

• While the HomeMakerCentral platform facilitates, the actual shopping transactions take place directly between Customers and each Retailer – the same as they would in an actual Shopping Centre. Please refer to HMC Platform Terms and Conditions for full details.
• Should Customers require to exchange, return their purchase and/or request a refund, please contact the relevant Retail Vendor directly. Refer to Contact Details tab below.

Villeroy & Boch Refund & Returns policy

What is your return policy? How do I return or exchange my products?

We accept returns and exchanges on orders from our online shop (in its original condition and including all the original packaging) within 28 days of delivery. Please contact us at eshop@villeroy-boch.com.au to receive a return authorization. No refunds will be given for seasonal items such as Christmas or Easter purchased on sale if you have simply changed your mind. Once your return is received and processed, a credit to the original method of payment will be applied.

What if an item arrives broken?

In case your item is damaged while shipping, please email a photo of the broken item to eshop@villeroy-boch.com.au. Please include your order number. Our customer service will process your request and contact you if there are any questions. Please do not ship broken merchandise back to us but safely dispose of any damaged items.
