Beds N Dreams only sells our products within Australia and can only deliver to a location where we provide our dedicated service. We do not deliver outside of Australia.
We require full payment to be received prior to delivery being completed. Delivery charges and estimated times will depend on where your product is being delivered.
What are the typical delivery days?
Delivery days vary by store. Most stores do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays. Contact your nearest store for specific days and times. The delivery date and time will be confirmed via phone or email and an additional confirmation message will be provided 1-2 days prior to delivery to ensure that you, or somebody nominated by you, will be available to accept delivery.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances on delivery date and time (including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, traffic accident or severe weather) Customer Service will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
How much do you charge for delivery?
The delivery fee is dependent on the store's delivery system and your order, but the general minimum fee is approximately $80. Please call the store for the exact delivery cost. Each store has a delivery team they use to fulfil orders. This team is reliable and trusted by Beds N Dreams.
Does someone need to be home to take receipt of my order?
Yes, we prefer that the original purchaser is available to receive the delivery and allow our delivery staff to enter your home and deliver the goods ordered.
If no appropriate person (eg: over 18 years old) is available at the delivery address to receive the order or, if you're required to be present at the time of delivery and you aren't present at that time, we unfortunately can't deliver your order. In this instance, we'll endeavour to contact you or you can call us to arrange for delivery at a different time.
Note: We require customers to accept delivery of goods within 14 days of a notification that your products are available, unless a prior arrangement has been made with your store or the store’s dispatch centre. Where possible, storage can be arranged at an additional cost. We may also charge an additional delivery fee for that replacement delivery and any subsequent deliveries.
Do you remove and dispose of the packaging upon delivery?
We can dispose of the packaging after delivery. Please discuss this with us when confirming your delivery. We recommend you retain your mattress plastic as it may come in handy if you move home in future.
Can you deliver to a second story bedroom or apartment block?
Yes, we will be able to deliver your order into a second story bedroom or into apartments. Just let your local store know your specific requirements when arranging your purchase and delivery.
Assembly of products
Our bedroom furniture products include detailed assembly instructions, however, we can help you put your new bed or bedroom furniture together at an additional cost.
This service is only available for purchase on orders that are delivered by Beds N Dreams’ third-party contractors.
The cost of assembly will vary depending on the complexity of the product you have ordered and may also depend on your delivery location and if there is a team available to help. Speak to your store or our dispatch centre to find out how we can help.
Below are examples of typical assembly costs (these costs may vary between stores / States)
Installation fee per item
Simple assembly products, e.g. most beds without storage or gas lift base features.
More labour intense assembly, e.g. gaslift beds, extra drawers, etc
Bunk or other highly complicated beds
How long does assembly take?
Assembly could take up anywhere between 20 minutes to 3 hours depending on the complexity of the product.

Consumer Guarantees: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To the extent that they are compatible with the consumer laws in Australia.
If you believe your product may have a manufacturing fault, please contact the store of purchase and they will arrange an inspection. Each of our manufacturers provide warranties/guarantees for faults or defects under Australian Consumer Law.
Where we are required to refund your payment (due to rejection or cancellation of your order, or for any other reason), we will use our best endeavours to process your refund in a timely manner. Refunds will be made by us using your original payment method.
The time it takes for you to receive a refund will depend on how quickly your financial institutions processes the refund. However, most refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. If you don’t receive your refund within 10 business days, contact the store at which the order was processed.
Cancellations and ‘Change of Mind’
If you change your mind about a product before it has been delivered, please notify the store of purchase immediately. Cancellation of an order that has gone into production may carry a restocking fee at the stores/manufacturer's discretion.
Please choose carefully as most of our products (including manchester, beds and furniture) can not be resold once unwrapped, due to health or hygiene reasons.
Beds N Dreams will generally not provide a refund or offer exchanges or credits if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, unless Beds N Dreams chooses to do so at its absolute discretion. If Beds N Dreams does accept such cancellation, the customer must pay an amount to Beds N Dreams which in Beds N Dreams’ reasonable view reflects the loss that Beds N Dreams will suffer as a consequence of the cancellation (including but not limited to storage fees and any mark down). Beds N Dreams shall set off this amount against any moneys already paid to us by the customer for this product and refund the balance.
For any cancellation charges over and above what has already been paid to Beds N Dreams, the customer must pay such amounts to Beds N Dreams within 7 days of Beds N Dreams’ request to pay.
Damaged Products and returns
You must inspect the Product(s) on delivery or collection. If a Product is damaged at the time of delivery or collection, then you should refuse to accept delivery of that Product and notify the store fulfilling your order or our Customer Service team. If you notice damage to a Product after delivery or collection, you should notify us within 7 days of delivery or collection. If so, you may return that Product to us in accordance with our Returns Policy. We will not refund the delivery fee where the Product has been delivered to you, unless you are returning a Product because it was damaged.
