CLASSIC Membership – Terms & Conditions

Completely FREE to join as a Classic Member and there are NO ongoing fees or charges. HomeMakerCentral is an ‘eShopping Centre’ specializing in homewares and furnishings and is populated exclusively by reputable retailers with physical stores. Customers can shop across various retailers all at once and complete their purchases from one centralized and convenient checkout point.

The Terms and Conditions governing CLASSIC Membership herein are in addition to the HMC Platform Terms & Conditions, which remain applicable and in effect. As used in these Terms and Conditions, “HomeMakerCentral” or “the Platform” means the personalized service provided by HomeMakerCentral for discovering and accessing HomeMakerCentral content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, our websites, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with the Platform. 1. CLASSIC Membership

1.1. Once registered, the CLASSIC Membership will continue until terminated. To join as a HomeMakerCentral CLASSIC Member on the Platform, you’ll need to provide and/or complete the following details: 1.1.1. First name 1.1.2. Last name 1.1.3. Date of Birth 1.1.4. Email address 1.1.5. Password 1.2. Customers must be at least 18 years of age to become CLASSIC Member. 1.3. Only one classic membership account per customer is permitted.

2. Rewards Points

2.1. As a CLASSIC Member, you earn Rewards Points for purchases made; some exclusions may apply from time to time. CLASSIC Members earn 1 Reward Point for every $2 spent on HomeMakerCentral platform from participating Retailers. 2.2. You may view and track the number of Rewards Points in your account anytime. To view your Rewards Points, log in and go to the “My Account” page from the HomeMakerCentral home page. 2.3. Rewards Points may be redeemed on HomeMakerCentral throughout the platform when making a purchase from participating retail vendors. 2.4. The redemption value may vary from time to time subject to promotional offers but is generally the equivalent of $2 / 100 Rewards Points.

3. Cancellation / Termination

3.1. You may cancel your CLASSIC Membership at any time. To cancel, log-in and, go to the “My Account” page from the HomeMakerCentral home page and follow the instructions for cancellation. 3.2. Any remaining or unused Rewards Points at that time will be permanently forfeited from your account. Upon cancelation, you will no longer be able to access your personal DesignBoards. You can continue to access the HomeMakerCentral Platform as a Guest Customer. 3.3. You may again, at any time, become a CLASSIC Member by following the steps outlined above (see “1. CLASSIC Membership”). 3.4. HomeMakerCentral may accept or decline a membership application at its absolute discretion. 3.5. HomeMakerCentral may cancel and terminate a customer’s CLASSIC Membership and/or Rewards Points for breaches of HMC Platform Terms & Conditions or the terms contained herein. 3.6. HomeMakerCentral reserves the right to modify the membership program, including the services or benefits provided, and reserves the right to cancel the entire Membership program at its discretion by providing at least 30 days’ notice.

4. Passwords and Account Access

4.1. The CLASSIC Member who created the account is responsible for any activity that occurs through the HomeMakerCentral account. To maintain control over the account, the Account Owner should maintain control over the devices that are used to access our Platform via the account. We may terminate your account, adjust a Member's Rewards Points balance, cancel a Member's Rewards Points or place your account on hold in order to protect you, HomeMakerCentral or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity. 4.2. You may change the password used for your Classic Membership anytime. To change your password, log in, go to the “My Account” page from the HomeMakerCentral home page, and follow the instructions.

5. Electronic Communications

5.1. We will send you information relating to your account in electronic form only, for example, via emails to your email address provided during registration. 5.2. By becoming a CLASSIC Member, you expressly agree to receive and accept communications from Vendors and us, including via email. Such communications may include but are not limited to communications concerning your Account and your use of the Platform and updates concerning new and existing features, news, general communications, special offers and promotions.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Refer to the HMC Privacy Policy and the APP5 Privacy Notification available and accessible on the HomeMakerCentral platform.
